Delete your Square Mini Games account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website.

Delete it yourself

1. Open the Square Mini Games app, or go to squareminigames.com, and log in.
2. Tap or click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. At the bottom of your profile, choose Delete account.
4. Type your username to confirm, then choose Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away, on every device.

Can't log in?

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request first.

What is deleted

• Your login: email address and password
• Your username, which other players can then choose
• Scores, best scores, finished runs, coins, upgrades, skins, trails, pets, and challenges
• Your places on the leaderboards
• Your friends, and invites you sent

Unused coins, including coins you bought, are lost and can't be restored.

What is kept

• Records of coin packs bought on the website (order, amount, dates, and refund or dispute status) are kept, no longer linked to your email or username, as long as needed for refunds, disputes, accounting, and the law. Stripe keeps its own payment records under Stripe's privacy policy.
• Friend invites other players sent to your email address stay in their list of sent invites until they cancel them.
• Support emails you sent us, as long as needed to answer them.

Guest progress is saved only on your device and was never part of your account, so deleting your account doesn't affect it.
